SmartGrow by Project39 ("we", "us", "our") operates the website smartgrow.ge. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We are committed to handling your data in a transparent, lawful, and proportionate way.
Data we collect
We collect personal data only through the forms on this website. Depending on which form you use, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, a description of your inquiry, and the type of service you are interested in. We do not collect payment card data — no financial transactions occur on this website.
How we use your data
We use the data you submit to: respond to your inquiry, schedule a site visit or demo, prepare a quote, and send you the SmartGrow brochure if requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketers. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list without your explicit consent.
Third-party processors
When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to two external services. (1) Resend (resend.com) — a transactional email provider used to deliver your form submission to our sales team; Resend processes data in accordance with GDPR. (2) Notion (notion.so) — a collaboration platform used internally to track and manage incoming leads; data sent to Notion is visible only to SmartGrow staff.
IP addresses and rate limiting
We log your IP address temporarily to enforce rate limits on form submissions and prevent spam. This data is stored in memory only (not persisted to a database) and is discarded automatically. We do not use IP addresses for tracking or profiling.
Cookies and analytics
At launch, this website does not use analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tool. The website uses only technically necessary cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Data retention
Email delivery logs are retained by Resend per their standard policy. Notion lead entries are retained until you request deletion or until they are no longer commercially relevant. We aim to review and clean the lead database periodically.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.
