The SmartGrow Service Contract

Every SmartGrow system is sold with a mandatory monthly service contract. Not a warranty — an active commitment. Our technician visits your premises on a scheduled basis to handle everything: seeds, nutrients, cleaning, and any technical issues.

Why the contract is not optional

Hydroponic growing systems fail without consistent maintenance. We make the contract mandatory because it is the only way we can guarantee the system performs. If the system stops producing, we fix it — at no extra charge, within the response time in your service tier.
